God watches over all the people He has created, and He does not miss a single detail. He is the one who does not overlook even the smallest sins we commit and remembers them.
The truth is that this God is always with us. I hope we will not take sin lightly in the presence of the Holy Spirit within us. God has said that He will put us all before the judgment seat in the last days.
