When we find ourselves in a difficult situation that demands strong obedience, our determination and commitment often becomes a bubble and we give up. Furthermore, it is not difficult for us to find people who did not want to but gave up their faith due to the difficulties of reality. It was the same with Demas mentioned in the today’s passage and those who left Paul. It was because they loved the world, including Demas.
However, Paul persevered and kept his faith and was faithful to the mission he was entrusted with. If we want to imitate Paul's faith, we must be faithful to the training of our faith entrusted to us today rather than looking at the world.
I hope that you will be able to live your life to the fullest today with the Lord.

10 for Demas, because he loved this world, has deserted me and has gone to Thessalonica. Crescens has gone to Galatia, and Titus to Dalmatia.
