In the past, Job was a man who was respected. To those who respected him, his words were heard in anticipation and were accepted with joy; his smile brought new hope and courage to those around him. Job was also with those in sorrow and pain, encouraging them and as a true leader, he suggested them the way they should walk in.
The reason why Job was able to be respected by many people was because of God’s wisdom and grace that naturally flowed out of him as he lived an honest and righteous life.
I think about whether we are living a life of a true Christian who is worthy of respect.
I desire to be a true Christian who do not lose faith even during sufferings but trusts in God till the end, until at last, I get to see the glorious work of God so that my life can become a path for others to walk in.

23 They waited for me as for showers and drank in my words as the spring rain.
24 When I smiled at them, they scarcely believed it; the light of my face was precious to them.
25 I chose the way for them and sat as their chief; I dwelt as a king among his troops; I was like one who comforts mourners.
