A woman who was subject to bleeding for 12 years wasted all her wealth on trying to fix her disease and although she went to many doctors, instead of getter better, her disease grew worse.
However, from hearing that Jesus was coming, the woman, whose life was in pain and hardship for 12 years, had the assurance that Jesus was the only one who could heal her and out of her desperation, the woman gained the courage to go through the swarm of people which consequently led her to the action of belief where she believed that she could be healed just by touching Jesus's cloak.
We also have many problems, issues and hardships that cannot be solved with the world's methods nor with wisdom. Let us not have idle thoughts and assumptions that God will relieve us from the agony we face with our worries and concerns but I hope that we can approach God in desperation as we go forth with the belief of touching Jesus's cloak of grace.

20 Just then a woman who had been subject to bleeding for twelve years came up behind him and touched the edge of his cloak.
21 She said to herself, “If I only touch his cloak, I will be healed.”
22 Jesus turned and saw her. “Take heart daughter,” he said, “your faith has healed you.” And the woman was healed at that moment.
