God values every bird in the sky and flowers that bloom on the ground, overall, he values us the most.
Jesus tells us to ‘seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.’ Nevertheless, we continuously put our worries on what we should eat and wear.
If we live after our needs, due to our worries and concerns, we live our lives while forgetting the kingdom of God and His will.
As we live fulfilling God’s will in the midst of our lives, by entrusting all our worries to the Lord, we will become believers who experience God’s grace that meets all our needs from time to time.
Reading: Matthew 6:25-34
30 But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which is alive today and tomorrow is thrown into the oven, will he not much more clothe you—you of little faith?
31 Therefore do not worry, saying, ‘What will we eat?’ or ‘What will we drink?’ or ‘What will we wear?’
32 For it is the Gentiles who strive for all these things; and indeed your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. 33 But strive first for the kingdom of God and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well.
