Baruch is greatly disappointed that Judah is on the path of failure despite his efforts.
However God did not forget Baruch and gives him true comfort and the promise of salvation.
No matter what the result of Baruch’s hard effort was, Baruch was God’s faithful servant and someone who received God’s special love.
No matter how poor our surroundings are, and even if our efforts do not pay off, if we can do good deeds in the eyes of God
