‘When we feel our faith weakening’ because of our situations or the circumstances we are faced with, let us remember God’s Word of Promise.
Today, Abraham’s faith did not weaken despite being a hundred years old and his body being as good as dead. Abraham did not doubt God’s promise that ‘he would have so many descendants’. And the reason he didn’t was because he ‘was fully persuaded that God had power to do what He had promised’.
What is the faith we must hold onto today? What or who will you depend on?
Let us believe in Jesus’ power.
When we know God fully, we will experience His grace.
Passage: Romans 4:18~25
19 Without weakening in his faith, he faced the fact that his body was as good as dead-since he was about a hundred years old-and that Sarah’s womb was also dead.
20 Yet he did not waver through unbelief regarding the promise of God, but was strengthened in his faith and gave glory to God,
21 being fully persuaded that God had power to do what he had promised.
