The place where you experience God’s care and gaze
Canaan, the Promised Land is a land of mountains and valleys that drinks rain from heaven for Israelites to harvest what they planted. It is a land that the Lord cares for; the eyes of God are continually on it from the beginning of the year to its end. It is a land flowing with milk and honey not because of the good soil and weather but with God’s care and presence.
God’s calling to the Promised land is a big blessing and a privilege to us.
For the grace we will experience in the Promised land, we should love our neighbours and obey God’s law and commandments.
Deuteronomy 11:1-12
11 But the land you are crossing the Jordan to take possession of is a land of mountains and valleys that drinks rain from heaven.
12 It is a land the Lord your God cares for; the eyes of the Lord your God are continually on it from the beginning of the year to its end.
1. Did you think of Jesus when you woke up this morning?
2. What is God’s message to you?
3. What do you need to obey?
4. What are you grateful for today?
