Maria experienced unexpected sorrow which caused by her brother, the death of Lazarus, sighed and said to Jesus “if you had been here...” Jesus saw Maria weeping, and he wept as well. The Lord Jesus has sympathised and comforted his beloved Maria. Then he raised Lazarus from the dead.
The Lord does not turn away from our prayers, weeping for the dying souls and families.
The Lord, the resurrection and the life, is always staying with us in sorrow and saving us.
Who do you want to save by your prayers?
Passage to read: John 11:17-37
