Whether in the workplace or the army, there is one type of person everyone likes to work with and that is an ‘honest’ person. When we see those who are faithful and honest with their work regardless of their position or ranking, we think, ‘I can trust and follow this person’s words and actions.’ We have trust in them that they won’t falsely lead us with their greed.
The higher the position or ranking the heavier the weight of honesty. We are better off not being in a dishonest position because such position is bound to fall. It is a blessing to have a position or duty that allows us to be honest.

2 he had Jeremiah the prophet beaten and put in the stocks at the Upper Gate of Benjamin at the Lord’s temple.
3 The next day, when Pashhur released him from the stocks, Jeremiah said to him, “The Lord’s name for you is not Pashhur, but Terror on Every Side.
