When I’m walking on a dark road with no street lights, I find myself surrounded by fear.
I could get lost, or get mugged, which would be horrific.
We all think that where there is light, it’s ‘safe’, and that’s where we want to be.
In God’s Kingdom, there is no darkness or fear.
It’s full of God’s bright glory, and we will be safe there.
When darkness of fear creeps into your heart, think of the Kingdom of God brightly shining.
God’s light that reveals everything will drive away all darkness in our hearts and light our hearts brightly with hopes of heaven.
Passage: Revelation 22:1-11
3 No longer will there be any curse. The throne of God and of the Lamb will be in the city, and his servants will serve him.
4 They will see his face, and his name will be on their foreheads.
5 There will be no more night. They will not need the light of a lamp or the light of the sun, for the Lord God will give them light. And they will reign for ever and ever.
1. Did you think of Jesus when you woke up this morning?
2. What is God’s message to you?
3. What do you need to obey?
4. What are you grateful for today?
