There are many people in history who kept their faith despite all kinds of persecution and torture and their lives may seem as if they ended in the most tragic and brutal way.
On the contrary, there are those who turn away from faith and persecute and mock believers and their lives may appear to have had a beautiful and peaceful ending.
But today’s passage tells us the opposite. Those who have lived in faith will enter the Kingdom of God and those who have betrayed their faith will receive God’s terrifying judgement under His wrath.
Our lives of faith may at times be difficult but when the time comes we won’t regret it because on the last day, the Kingdom of God is awaiting those of us who have kept our faith.
Passage: Revelation 14:14-20
14 I looked, and there before me was a white cloud, and seated on the cloud was one like a son of man with a crown of gold on his head and a sharp sickle in his hand.
15 Then another angel came out of the temple and called in a loud voice to him who was sitting on the cloud, “Take your sickle and reap, because the time to reap has come, for the harvest of the earth is ripe.”

2. What is God’s message to you?
3. What do you need to obey?
4. What are you grateful for today?
