The message titled “God’s love overflows to the lowest place” proclaimed at the singles camp was a time of grace and challenge for the young adults.
It is our natural instinct to want to go towards a higher place.
Because of this, we tend to think of our status and don’t want to associate with people and even ignore people who are lower than us.
God is telling us to show compassion and mercy to those who are in a lower position than us.
There are many people in this world whom we need to care for, serve and love.
Firstly, let’s put our arrogant hearts down in front of the cross so that we can practice flowing God’s love to the lowest places.
Passage to read: Leviticus 25:39-46
35 “‘If any of your fellow Israelites become poor and are unable to support themselves among you, help them as you would a foreigner and stranger, so they can continue to live among you. 36 Do not take interest or any profit from them, but fear your God, so that they may continue to live among you.
1. Did you think of Jesus when you woke up this morning?
2. What is God’s message to you?
3. What do you need to obey?
4. What are you grateful for today?
