I am reminded of my childhood through today’s passage.
I spent my childhood in tears because of the struggle my family was going through and I remember praying to God whom I didn’t even know much about, ‘Please save my family.’
And those tearful prayers reaped fruit and my family are now believers.
We still go through tough times but the reason we are able to get up again and not lose hope is because God’s unchanging love turns our tears into joy.
Let us experience such love of God in our lives today.
Passage:Psalm 126:1-6
5 Those who sow with tears will reap with songs of joy.
6 Those who go out weeping, carrying seed to sow, will return with songs of joy, carrying sheaves with them.
1. Did you think of Jesus when you woke up this morning?
2. What is God’s message to you?
3. What do you need to obey?
4. What are you grateful for today?
