Jesus knew that his death was coming as prophesied in the Old Testimony. Although it is painful and suffering to follow God’s will and walk in his way, Jesus chooses to obey him. Even Jesus feared to obey, and the betrayal of his disciples may have dreadfully broke his heart. But he obeyed God to save the his people and leadeth them unto eternal life. God blesses us with Victory when we choose to obey him. God’s way is the narrow way which is the uneasy and demanding way. But this is the only way that disciplines and leads us to the victory
Mark 14:12:21
18 While they were reclining at the table eating, he said, “Truly I tell you, one of you will betray me—one who is eating with me.”
19 They were saddened, and one by one they said to him, “Surely you don’t mean me?”
20 “It is one of the Twelve,” he replied, “one who dips bread into the bowl with me.
