The disciples asked Jejus why they couldn`t defeat the ghost. Then Jejus told his disciples that you couldn`t defeat the ghost because you had not prayed. Prayer is what people who believe and depend on God do. If the disciples didn`t pray, they might lack of faith.
Let`s look at myself through the text today. Do I live in dependence on God? or Do I live on my own?
Prayer is to remember that I cannot exist or live on my own.
I pray that I will leave myself to God Almighty.
So today, I have come to the place of prayer because I am a faithful person.
I pray that please God help me and give me wisdom.
Passage: Mathew 9:27-29
27 As Jesus went on from there, two blind men followed him, calling out, “Have mercy on us, Son of David!”
28 When he had gone indoors, the blind men came to him, and he asked them, “Do you believe that I am able to do this?”
“Yes, Lord,” they replied.
29 Then he touched their eyes and said, “According to your faith let it be done to you”; 30 and their sight was restored. Jesus warned them sternly, “See that no one knows about this.”
1. Did you think of Jesus when you woke up this morning?
2. What is God’s message to you?
3. What do you need to obey?
4. What are you grateful for today?
