Jesus calls Simon, Andrew, John and James. He desired to make them fish for people. Although it was hard for them to give up on something they had been doing their entire life, they still decided to follow Jesus. Their decisions started to fulfil God’s wishes.
God has wishes for all of us. Although we may need to give up on some things or make commitments, I hope we live to fulfil God’s wishes today.
Mark 1:16-34
17.Come, follow me,” Jesus said, “and I will send you out to fish for people.
18. At once they left their nets and followed him.”
