In response to Hezekiah’s prayer, God restored Hezekiah’s health from the point of death. But when his life became stable, he became proud. He forgot about God’s grace and did not thank nor glorify God.
When our life is liveable, we must be more careful that we are not prideful. Pride brings destruction. But humility leads us from destruction to life. I hope we are continually cautious about pride and be humble.
