One of the most common phrases children say is “What is this?” This is their expression of curiosity of things they have seen for the first time. When we read the Word of God, there are a lot of passages that are difficult to understand. However, I don’t see many Christians asking themselves, “what does this mean?”, trying to figure it out.
We can only walk in the right path if we know God’s will. And in order for us to know the will of God is through knowing His Word and trying to learn what we don’t know. This is how we can live a righteous life of a Christian, and the very reason King Jehoshaphat taught his people the Book of the Law of the Lord.
Let us read and adore the Word of God today.
Passage: 2 Chronicles 17:1-9
7 In the third year of his reign he sent his officials Ben-Hail, Obadiah, Zechariah, Nethanel and Micaiah to teach in the towns of Judah.
8 With them were certain Levites—Shemaiah, Nethaniah, Zebadiah, Asahel, Shemiramoth, Jehonathan, Adonijah, Tobijah and Tob-Adonijah—and the priests Elishama and Jehoram.
9 They taught throughout Judah, taking with them the Book of the Law of the Lord; they went around to all the towns of Judah and taught the people.

3. What do you need to obey?
4. What are you grateful for today?
