Paul and Barnabas shared the gospel wherever they went and in these places they experienced persecutions and also miracles. The miraculous grace was shown to the lame person who had never walked before. He listened to the gospel and he believed.
When we share the gospel, we see those who cannot escape from their own thoughts and circumstances. However, it wasn’t the case for this person. The lame person could experience the miracle of standing and walking because of his faith in God.
Passage: Acts 14:1-18
8 In Lystra there sat a man who was lame. He had been that way from birth and had never walked.
9 He listened to Paul as he was speaking. Paul looked directly at him, saw that he had faith to be healed
10 and called out, “Stand up on your feet!” At that, the man jumped up and began to walk.
