The 22nd Oceania Mokjang leaders’ conference ended with God’s grace. I very much hope that all our mokjang leaders can attend next time. I’d like to share with you one of the lectures titled ‘What wears out mokjang leaders?’ that was presented quite humorously.
First is failing to reply to text messages. Mokjang leaders become weary when they send messages about their mokjang gatherings and there are no responses, and some won’t attend without explaining why.
Second was mentioned by moknyo Lee Myunghee who was the guest lecturer. It’s those who won’t change. They are in the mokjang for the longest time and they don’t change, and this affects the VIPs as well, wearing out the mokjang leaders.
Third is those who eat and run. After serving and loving them for a long time, they will one day say that they are no longer able to come and they have moved churches and this can be a huge disappointment for the mokjang leaders who feel their love and effort have all been in vain.
Mokjang leaders are not perfect. They are trying their best as they consider it worthy to live a life of love and service and even the smallest dedication shown by their mokjang members will make them happy.
