When Peter saw Jesus' transfiguring and speaking with Moses and Elijah, he said, “it is good for us to be here.”
Seeing this mysterious and wonderful sight, Peter wanted to set up three shelters and stay on the mountain.
However, we must go forth to the world full of sin and death and fulfill the mission of being the light and salt, just as the Lord abandoned the glory of heaven and took the cross on this earth.
I hope that we will go forth to the busy world and live the life of revealing the good influence of the Lord today.

2 There he was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and his clothes became as white as the light.
3 Just then there appeared before them Moses and Elijah, talking with Jesus.
4 Peter said to Jesus, “Lord, it is good for us to be here. If you wish, I will put up three shelters—one for you, one for Moses and one for Elijah.”
