There was a battle occured with Sihon, the king of Heshbon due to rejecting Israelites to pass through quietly. And the victory of this battle has spread widely to the land of Canaan so Israel became a subject of fear to neighboring countries. Through this we know that there is never a defeat to the army of God, who serve God as the leader and the world fears people living With God, who are Christians .
We are Christians living with God as the leader. I hope we can live a life of victory with our God, who is the leader in every moment of our lives.
Passage to read: Deuteronomy 2:26-37
32. When Sihon and all his army came out to meet us in battle at Jahaz,
33. the Lord our God delivered him over to us and we struck him down, together with his sons and his whole army.
34. At that time we took all his towns and completely destroyed them—men, women and children. We left no survivors.
