When we worship God we always start with praise. Why is it so important that we praise God? It’s because when God created all creations, He created them to praise Him.
Psalm 148 starts off with the angels high above praising God and ends with us believers praising Him on earth. However this cosmic symphony is yet to be complete.
Since the sin of men, there was disharmony and we stopped praising.
We ought not to think that the praise we give during worship time is enough. We are to complete the unfinished symphony of God in this world that fails to praise Him.
Passage: Psalm 148:1-14
1 Praise the Lord. Praise the Lord from the heavens; praise him in the heights above.
2 Praise him, all his angels; praise him, all his heavenly hosts.
3 Praise him, sun and moon; praise him, all you shining stars.
4 Praise him, you highest heavens and you waters above the skies.
5 Let them praise the name of the Lord, for at his command they were created,
1. Did you think of Jesus when you woke up this morning?
2. What is God’s message to you?
3. What do you need to obey?
4. What are you grateful for today?
