Jesus, as a High Priest, prays to God for all those who believe in Him.
‘God, let them believe the Word of Truth, let my people’s lives be holy, let them unite with me and become one in the Lord.’
We, as believers of Jesus, must be holy, and be distinct from the world.
The world likes to take sides, argue with one another, and show off their power, but we must try not to live like them.
We must come together as one, have one voice, and endeavour to be in harmony. And now is the time for this more than ever.
All churches must pull together and pray as one.
Right now, rather than turning our ears to the worldly voices, it’s a time for us to tune our ears to the voice of the Holy Spirit and seek God’s help.
When we fervently pray as one, I believe the Lord will work.
Passage: John 17:20~26
21 that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me.
22 I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one.
