Do you believe in God who opens the eyes of the blind,
heals the sick,
gives us our daily bread,
and raises the dead?
In today’s passage, Jesus grieves at Martha’s unbelief.
Martha’s doubt in Jesus’ power and her unbelief of His Word of Promise may also be in us.
He tells those without faith,
“If you believe, you will see the glory of God.”
I repent of my unbelief.
I hope our weak faith is restored once again.
Passage: John 11:38~44
38 Jesus, once more deeply moved, came to the tomb. It was a cave with a stone laid across the entrance.
39 “Take away the stone,” he said.
“But, Lord,” said Martha, the sister of the dead man, “by this time there is a bad odor, for he has been there four days.”
40 Then Jesus said, “Did I not tell you that if you believe, you will see the glory of God?”
1. Did you think of Jesus when you woke up this morning?
2. What is God’s message to you?
3. What do you need to obey?
4. What are you grateful for today?
