Paul the Apostle was a Pharisee, who persecuted those who believed in Jesus. Then one day, he met Jesus in his fantasy and experienced an event being blind. Later, through the man named Ananias, his eyes were opened again, and he realised the reason and purpose why his eyes being opened again(to be apostle to the Gentiles).
Like Paul the Apostle, everyone who believes in Jesus have their own turning points, which turn themselves from self-centred life. And that special experience allow us to know the true meaning and purpose of our lives.
Once we listen and obey the voice of God, who invites us to a totally new life, we will then know the reason and purpose why we live different life.
