There are times that wind blows in the sea and we’re in danger with tough waves and strong winds. That crisis, with fear and worry, let us not be able to keep our eyes on God, whom preside over the whole world and even the nature. In order to get out of the crisis, we have to go to Jesus Christ, the safest place for us.
The disciples, who were frightened , listened his words and took him into the boat. Afterwards, their fear was gone and they were able to sail safely.
Immanuel Jesus says that he’s going to be with us till the end of our voyage. I hope that we only trust in the lord and live with unshakable faith even in the crisis.
Passage : John 6:16-21
19. When they had rowed about three or four miles, they saw Jesus approaching the boat, walking on the water; and they were frightened.
20. But he said to them, “It is I; don’t be afraid.”
21. Then they were willing to take him into the boat, and immediately the boat reached the shore where they were heading.
