Today’s passage introduces the first miracle Jesus performs- he changes water into wine.
Jesus shows his supernatural power through this, but what we should be focusing on is not his great power but who he is. Many people failed to recognise who Jesus was because of their greed.
Rather than focusing on God’s power that is visible to us, we should recognise God’s great plans hidden within.
As I meditate on today’s Word, I hope that I will be able to see God’s sincerity hidden behind the outward extravagance.
Passage: John 2:1-12
11 What Jesus did here in Cana of Galilee was the first of the signs through which he revealed his glory; and his disciples believed in him.
12 After this he went down to Capernaum with his mother and brothers and his disciples. There they stayed for a few days.

2. What is God’s message to you?
3. What do you need to obey?
4. What are you grateful for today?
