We often face a series of unexpected events, causing us pain and difficulties in relationships.
We can overcome this with better plans and preparations but today’s passage tells us to put on the ‘full armor of God’, because in our lives, there is a spiritual battle that is unseen.
In the upcoming 2020, rather than relying on our own plans and experiences, let us prepare for the new year by putting on the ‘full armor of God’.
When we prepare for the new year God’s way, I believe we will see things we had never seen before.
Passage: Ephesians 6:10-17
12 For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.
13 Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand.
1. Did you think of Jesus when you woke up this morning?
2. What is God’s message to you?
3. What do you need to obey?
4. What are you grateful for today?
