In today’s passage, God tells us about the judgement that He will give to those who do not obey the Word of God.
God says that we will become ill physically and spiritually, and that He will not protect us from the hands of our enemies if we do not obey the Word.
God can judge us the moment we commit sin.
However we need to realise why He does not do that but instead gives us messages of warning about judgement day.
This is God’s voice telling us to repent and turn back our hearts to live a life of obeying His word.
Run far away from sin.
Call the name of Jesus if sin comes.
I pray that we will be full of the Holy Spirit and that we will not reside in sin today.
Passage: Leviticus 26:14-26
14 “ ‘But if you will not listen to me and carry out all these commands,
15 and if you reject my decrees and abhor my laws and fail to carry out all my commands and so violate my covenant,
16 then I will do this to you: I will bring on you sudden terror, wasting diseases and fever that will destroy your sight and sap your strength. You will plant seed in vain, because your enemies will eat it.
