The Israelites who lived in Canaan by the grace of God started to follow the wicked ways of the people of Canaan. Many times they have been rescued from their sins but they continued to go back to sinning and becoming increasingly more miserable.
Just like them, we used to follow the pleasures of the world. However, God saved us from the pit of sin freeing us from a life of misery. Therefore, we should not forget that grace and go back to living in sin. If you’ve gone astray, turn back before it’s too late.
Passage: Psalm 106:34-48
42 Their enemies oppressed them
and subjected them to their power.
43 Many times he delivered them,
but they were bent on rebellion
and they wasted away in their sin.
44 Yet he took note of their distress
when he heard their cry;
1.Did you think about Jesus when you woke up this morning?
2.What is God’s message to me?
3.What do I need to be obedient to?
4.Write a list of thankful prayer points today.
