The Israelites soon forgot about God and lived a life of greed, resentment, complaint, idolatry. When we look at our own life, we do not seem to be much different from the Israelites. We need to reflect on what we say with our lips, what our thoughts are and if our heart is headed towards God. I hope we can be people who make a decision to not live like the people of Israel.
Passage to read: Psalm 106: 13-33
13. But they soon forgot what he had done
and did not wait for his plan to unfold.
15. So he gave them what they asked for,
but sent a wasting disease among them.
Questions to think about:
1. Did you think about Jesus when you woke up this morning?
2. What is God telling me?
3. What do I need to be obedient with?
4. Write down your thankful prayer.
