The life of faith and spreading the gospel is followed by many hardships.
Paul, who was nearly stoned to death, gets up again and preaches the gospel and finally bears more fruit. He has not given up on the journey of the gospel in the midst of hardship and has encouraged his disciples to strengthen their hearts and stay in faith.
The life of faith and spreading the gospel in this world is followed by many hardships. But no matter what hardship comes for the kingdom of God, when we endure the time of the gospel without giving up on the journey of the gospel, we experience the God who strengthens us and produce more fruit.
Acts 14:19-28
21. They preached the gospel in that city and won a large number of disciples. Then they returned to Lystra, Iconium and Antioch,
22. strengthening the disciples and encouraging them to remain true to the faith. “We must go through many hardships to enter the kingdom of God,” they said.
23. Paul and Barnabas appointed elders for them in each church and, with prayer and fasting, committed them to the Lord, in whom they had put their trust.
