God is an Almighty God who can make the impossible possible. This God saves Peter from prison. However, the members of the church who were praying for Peter do not believe that he was rescued from prison as an answer to their prayer.
Do we pray with faith that our prayers will really come true?
I hope that our faithful prayer can reveal God's work today.
Passage to read: Acts 12:13-25
14 When she recognized Peter’s voice, she was so overjoyed she ran back without opening it and exclaimed, “Peter is at the door!”
15 “You’re out of your mind,” they told her. When she kept insisting that it was so, they said, “It must be his angel.”
16 But Peter kept on knocking, and when they opened the door and saw him, they were astonished.
Questions to think about:
1. Did you think about Jesus when you woke up this morning?
2. What is God telling me?
3. What do I need to be obedient with?
