Open up your heart and communicate genuinely (John 1:14)
The advancement of technology has made it possible to communicate at anytime and anywhere. However, genuine communication with people who are rather close is getting more and more distant. People are constantly talking but they are not expressing their true feelings as their hearts are closed off. Jesus came to earth from heaven to communicate with us. He came as a human so that we could open up to him. He told us what God's heart was like, and through this many people changed their direction of life.
Non-verbal communication such as facial expressions, hand gestures, and eye contact consists of 80% of communication. If you want a new change in any relationship, you should take off your mask and open up your heart.
We must open up our hearts to be able to listen genuinely and express our hearts truthfully.
Make a decision
1. Who am I closed off to? Pray for that person and then pray to that you’ll see their heart.
2. Smile and give greetings to those who you wouldn’t normally speak with.
