Song of Songs show God's love for his people through Solomon's loving relationship with a Shulamite woman.
The Shulamite woman is insecure about her dark self and describes herself as worthless. However, Solomon says that she is the most loved and beautiful out of all.
It is important that we realise how dearly God loves us and that we are loved people. Although we are worthless sinners, we are truly delighted when we embrace his word and know that we are loved by God.

2 Let him kiss me with the kisses of his mouth—
for your love is more delightful than wine.
3 Pleasing is the fragrance of your perfumes;
your name is like perfume poured out.
No wonder the young women love you!
