The consequence of sin is death and sadness, however when we return to God there will be peace and life. The only way to live is seeking the living LORD. God replies to those who seek him with an earnest heart.
Passage to read: Amos 5-13
2. 'Fallen is Virgin Israel, never to rise again, deserted in her own land, with no one to lift her up'
3. This is what the Sovereign LORD says to Israel:
'your city that marches out a thousand strong will have only a hundred left; your town that marches out a hundred strong will have only ten left.'
4. This is what the LORD says to Israel:
'Seek me and live'
Questions to think about:
1. Did you think about Jesus when you woke up this morning?
2. What is God telling me?
3. What do I need to be obedient with?
4. Write down your thankful prayer.
