A lot of the Christians these days are diagnosed with a condition called the ‘selective syndrome’. This is a condition where people have when they believe that once they are saved, they are saved eternally and God will forgive all sins. As a result, they live their life however they want. They believe when they become people of God they just get ‘blessed’. However, it’s not like that. There will be judgement on sins that were committed.
If we were God's chosen children please live a life worthy as a child of God. Be awakened and pray continuously.
Amos 3:1-15
1 Hear this word, people of Israel, the word the Lord has spoken against you—against the whole family I brought up out of Egypt:

“You only have I chosen
of all the families of the earth;
therefore I will punish you
for all your sins.”
