- Lay down your burdens to the Lord
  
  "Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you "
  
  We cannot continue to walk with our heavy burdens on our shoulders because as we continue the weight of the burden will make us fall and burn out. But when we give our burdens to the Lord and depend on Him, we will be saved. Cast your burdens to Jesus today and He will help you.
  
  Passage: Psalm 55:16-23
  22 Cast your cares on the Lord
  and he will sustain you;
  he will never let
  the righteous be shaken.
  23 But you, God, will bring down the wicked
  into the pit of decay;
  the bloodthirsty and deceitful
  will not live out half their days.
  
  But as for me, I trust in you.
