Worshiping with thankfulness
Worship without thankfulness is like a confession of love without the heart. The door of worship is opened with thankfulness to God and God is ultimately glorified with our devotions to him. I want to confess that I am thankful to God in every facet of my life including the times of happiness, difficulty, pain and joy.
Passage: Psalm 50:14-15
14 “Sacrifice thank offerings to God,
fulfill your vows to the Most High,
15 and call on me in the day of trouble;
I will deliver you, and you will honor me.”
1. Did you think about Jesus when you woke up this morning, when you were eating?
2.What is God’s message to me through his word today?
3. What was it that I obeyed to because I thought Jesus was telling me to do today?
4. What was I disobedient to in the message given to me today?
