During the 17th century, a Puritan protestant named John Bunyan was sent to jail for sharing the gospel. He prayed as such in jail:
"God, what is the reason that you have sent me here? I want to know why you placed me in jail so that I do not waste my time but live to fulfil your will here. "
So, from then on John began to write his book 'The Pilgrim's Progress'. The courage and wisdom this book gives to Christians transcends centuries and generations.

24. The Lord Almighty has sworn,“Surely, as I have planned, so it will be,
and as I have purposed, so it will happen.
25. I will crush the Assyrian in my land;
on my mountains I will trample him down.
His yoke will be taken from my people,
and his burden removed from their shoulders.”

1. Did you think about Jesus when you woke up this morning?
2. What is God telling me?
3. What do I need to be obedient with?
