Fulfilling God’s wish by recovering the new testament church and saving souls cannot be achieved solely by human efforts. For a soul to be converted and for their lives to be transformed to a man of God, we need the holy spirit's intervention.
We often experience a sense of failure and sadness when we see our inner selves unchanged and sinful despite believing Jesus.
We want to live a victorious life but we easily break down when faced with the harsh realities of our lives. We are often defeated by the devil's attacks and we blame ourselves for our defeat.
We are too weak to serve and love our VIPs. It's hard enough to look after ourselves let alone serve others and it's only natural for us to find it difficult. However, one thing we must not forget is that it takes more than just love and service to convert a soul and for them to accept Jesus. To love and serve a VIP is to create an environment for the holy spirit to work in their lives. A person being converted and accepting Jesus is completely up to the work of the holy spirit
The same goes for the spiritual battle in our lives as Christians and in our ministries. In order for a person to change, and to fight the evil battle, and also to fulfill our duties in our ministries, only the work and power of the holy spirit makes it possible, and not our own.
Therefore, we need to be filled with the spiritual power to live as God’s children and to fulfill our ministries and duties of serving others, and only prayer can fill us with the spiritual power.
When we remain in our place of prayer, God fills us with the wisdom and grace we need, hence the most important devotion in the ministry of saving souls is persistently remaining in our place of prayer and seeking the holy spirit’s power.

"Unless we start the day with prayer and the word of God, our spiritual lives will be defeated even before we start the day. Let us triumph every day by striving to have a spiritual habit of starting the day with prayer and the word of God through the daily meditation our mokjang leaders send us."
